About the event
In this talk presented by Director/Curator Ellen Adams, we'll follow in Alice Miner's footsteps on her tours of Europe in 1903-04 and 1929. Using the items that she brought back from her trip as our guide, we'll learn what it was like to be an American tourist in the "Golden Age of Travel" of the early 20th century, and reflect on how Alice's time abroad shaped her life back in Chazy.
